I liked the first Short Circuit movie when I first saw it on TV and liked Number 5 because he was a funny robot and he likes to watch and research commercials like I do. I didn't even know that there was Short Circuit 2 until I got it for Christmas and found it very funny and Fisher Stevens really does improvement for the return of his character from Short Circuit by making him more funny. But why Ally Sheedy didn't return as Stephanie Speck for Short Circuit 2 is a hard question because Stephanie Speck could've made a marvelous return as Number 5's friend. But at least Tim Blaney returned to voice Number 5 again and does it well

I like the 1st one better but the 2nd is good also....

They kiind of ruined the 1st. It was DIGITALLY RE-RECORDED and most of those are on the VHS tape and it looks aweful,like flat garbage!!

I finally found a copy that isnt... It looks like your watching it on analogue cable :)
