I noticed on Friday that local programming has now filled the 8pm to 10pm on Antenna TV. I tried calling my local station but it was after 5pm so I will have to call tomorrow. Right now on Antenna TV it supposed to be the last 2 hours of the Three's company marathon. Instead its Law and Order:confused:

And the odd thing is it still has the Antenna TV logo at the bottom of the screen

This must be only for mon to fri because Three's company was on at 8pm to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday

On a side note, my Antenna TV affiliate (WINK 11-2) also shows My Network TV during that time as well as other syndicated shows.

Yet on my xfinity guide, the logo has the My Network TV logo and not Antenna TV (despite the fact that Antenna TV is on the air WAY LONGER than My Netowrk TV) and because of that, if I say “Antenna TV” in my remote control’s microphone, I get nothing. I have to say either My Netowrk TV or channel 205 into my remote.

Does that make sense? NO!

Affiliates probably won’t do that (mine doesn’t. They join Antenna TV at the 10p hour then show a syndicated program or two before joining Antenna TV). There are people who want to see Antenna TV’s probably highest rated show which is Johnny Carson.

Yes this is true about the 8pm-10pm preemption on Monday’s-Friday’s I remember a few Thanksgivings back they were having a Dennis the Menace Thanksgiving Weekend and it started at 8pm. Than antenna preempted the 10pm-11pm time slot for Johnny Carson so I couldn’t catch Dennis the Menace until 11pm when the marathon started at 8pm. I think this is why they start marathons at 5AM in general although I do remember one Thanksgiving they had a Leave It To Beaver Weekend Marathon and it started at 12AM.

This is not a Antenna TV thing, I found out it's a My Network TV affiliate which is in certain cities and they air their own programming from 8pm to 10pm Mon to fri

I thought I finally achieved something after finding my new antenna on Amazon that was able to get me Antenna TV and 3 months later I discover My network replaces my show from 8 to 9pm. I dont care about Barney Miller so the 9pm t0 10pm doesnt bother me

TL;DR: Your local Antenna TV affiliate became a dual Antenna TV/MyNetworkTV affiliate at the beginning of the month due to The CW affiliation moving from WPSG to WPHL.

Yeah, the whole thing was just a weird mess. In Seattle, KSTW was one of the CBS-owned stations that dropped The CW. Their public announcement that they were doing so was made all the way back in early May. And yet, we didn’t know where The CW was going to end up locally until August 31, the day before the switch.

Similar to your situation, it’s now on our ABC affiliate’s .2, which is a Comet affiliate 22 hours a day.
