The ratings were tanking because Florida coming back seemed to HINDER JJ, Thelma, and Michael. In Season 5, JJ, Thelma, and Michael were fine on their own with Willona checking on them often. They even were eating GOOD food such as pancakes and sausage. When Florida came back, they were eating oatmeal again like it was Season 2. Keith was a weird character who would do impressions all nilly willy instead of at times it would be appropriate to do so like the talent shows. I remember a Critic saying something like,"Keith's impression at the talent show was GOOD. That's the only time he should have been doing the impressions, not any random time he felt like doing them.:crazy:

Keith getting drunk and slapping Thelma was a huge no no, but at least she stood up to him, tried to kick him out, told him off and then slapped him right back and even harder! Conveying,"Don't you DARE EVER hit me again!"

Keith did a couple of good things however such as saving Larry from potentially falling down an empty shaft while everybody else just screamed at him like idiots. Keith also implied that he was going to kick Bookman's ass for not even BLOCKING the elevator and allowing the doors to open. Seriously Bookman should have been in BIG trouble for this one. The elevator should have been blocked and not be able to open when there was no shaft...:rolleyes::eek:

Keith breaking his leg at the wedding was a bad plot device, I agree with you. Also that fall he did looked fake.
