Remember the episode when Will's girlfriend Lisa(Nia Long) did not want to get married and her dad decided to marry Will's mother after Lisa's decision. Was that the weirdest episode in the history of television. So since her father married Will's mom, that means Will and Lisa was related. Does anyone remember this episode

I know Lisa never returned after that episode-That episode was a season finale and when the new season started the following fall, i was wondering where lisa was.

Didn't they get married in that episode? What I thought was weird was when Will's mom came back for Thanksgiving during the last season, she made no mention of Lisa's dad (forget both of their names!), and acted as if they were still single.

Yeah, that was a bit weird. Will and Lisa wouldn't have been related though, but stepbrother and stepsister.

I don't think they even divorced. They simply didn't mention Lisa or her dad again. It suddenly was like they never had existed.

Yeah, they never got divorced or it was never mentioned or implied. It was weird, only one of the 3 people in that sequence were mentioned after that episode. Fred was never mentioned or in another episode, I don't think. Lisa definitely wasn't, she became a Chuck Cunningham & Vy was only in the Thanksgiving 2 part episode in the last season and that was it. I liked Vy too, except for the wedding episode. I thought her and Fred were a horrible couple or matchup, however you wanna put it. They didn't seem like a great couple. Come to think of it, I don't think Vy and Lou (picturing them together) would be that great, before he would run out on them. She seems to like greasy guys.

That's television. Fred and Lisa probably had a different family gathering as well.

Wasn't Will's mom played by the same actress who was Boom Boom Washington's girlfriend on Welcome Back, Kotter?

I always felt it was a ridiculous idea for them to get married on the spare of the moment. And it was never mentioned again as if it never happened.

Lisa and her father were completely homeless. Lisa's mother died back then. Carlton notices that Will showed a wrong love technique to Lisa, but Carlton didn't know that Lisa has a wrong worst love technique to Will. Lisa's father agreed, so does Will's mother. So Will's mother and Lisa' father decide to marry instead.

I know the wedding looked lame, but it was reasonable. The only lesson about weddings is to make sure it is planned well. IMO.

Well the man had sex with wills mother behind his back on purpose it would make more and more since to marry the woman then to ditch her like will's father did to him, i mean lisa's father felt guilty for sleeping with wills mother in the banks house while he was sleeping lol
