Is there a place on this board where I can find out cast member's names (character and real life name?)

Not on the message boards, but if you go to the main Sitcoms Online (http://www.sitcomsonline.com) site, and go to to the A-Z section there is a link to 'IMDB' for every sitcom which takes you to the Internet Movie Database where they list that information.
