Does Anyone Know How Major Dad Will Ever Come Nick At Nite At 4:00AM And 4:30AM?

No. Email USA Network, they have the rights I think still.

It would be great if someone would start airing it.

I have been emailing usa, Nick @Nite, Disney ,and TVland begging for the return of Major Dad. Maybe if enough of us do this it will happen.

as of 5.14.05 the return of Major Dad has not happened yet. Turner South is NOT a NATIONAL network, so TS airing episodes does not count.

I get Turner South, and I watch Major Dad all the time. Plus, I recorded some episodes of it if you guys are interested. :)

Lifetime? The women's channel? You've got to be kidding me.

Nick@Nite & TV Land has no interest in airing Universals sitcoms (With the exceptions of Beaver & Munsters). You've seen what they've done to Charles In Charge & Coach right? They weren't even on there for a full year.

ABC Family? Maybe, because it's a family sitcom.

TBS/WGN-Superstation? I doubt that.

Locals? Major Dad was never in syndication, so I don't know.

Chances are, USA Network needs to air this show again. I know that USA had ran this show from 1993 to 1999, but still. It needs to be brought back because Universal owns USA, as well as Major Dad & Coach.

The reason I said Lifetime was because they are picking up Still Standing and Reba this fall, two other family sitcoms (maybe a change in format?). Also Major Dad I believe was originally going to the locals but USA picked up exclusive rights. I believe it ran long enough for syndication (Fox/CW/My Network TV affiliates/Independents) and TBS/WGN to pick it up. Also TBS should air this since they have the rights to it and already still air Mama's Family and Saved By the Bell.

I would love for Major Dad to come to Nick@Night! Maybe if everyone emailed them or someone got a petition started to get a bunch of signatures they might consider it. I don't think it would be considered unless they knew a whole lot of people wanted it.
