In the 1960's to market their partnership with Brazier Foods Dairy Queen launched a commercial with their first slogan/jingle "Eat Drink And Be Merry" I couldn't find any info when in the 60's it debuted but I say about circa 1961. The commercial featured the jingle set to a country/western beat and is really cool. I don't know why did away with this slogan and decided to go with "We'll Treat You Right" But it was a smart thing for Dairy Queen to do with this commercial
