Now that the fever-wracked psyche of my always sickly inner child has been terrified all over again by the "Koogly Eyes" (lulz!! But, really-- this dis-turb-ed me wayyyy back when it was NEW), who is the voice of the Koogle Nut?

Something tells me I should know who this is, especially after hearing the singing, but I can't come up with a name. Anyone recognize him?
