Since Jack told Mr. Furley that he wasn't gay in the freezer (My favorite episode), did Jack ever told Mr. Roper that he wasn't gay? Also since John is having his own sitcom, I am hoping that the show will guest star Joyce, Suzanne, Don, Priscalla, and Richard. :)

Yeah Jack tells Mr. Roper he's not gay in the episode "Strange Bedfellows." In that episode, Janet and Chrissy go away for a day and when they're gone Jack throws a party. Then Mr. Roper comes upstairs to complain and ends up staying at the party and he has too much to drink and passes out and when he wakes up, he's in Jack's bed. And he freaks out because he thinks Jack is gay and he doesn't want people to think they actually DID something in bed. And so to calm Mr. Roper down, Jack tells him he's not gay. But Mr. Roper doesn't believe him. Then later when Chrissy, Janet, and Helen are in the apartment Mr. Roper tells them all that Jack told him he wasn't gay. And he says that Jack only told him that to make him feel better. So in the Mr. Roper still thinks Jack is gay.

That would be really cool if John would get guest stars like Joyce and everyone on his show...some how i don't think that will happen though :( but maybe! :talk:

I'm confused. On the final show, aired a few nights ago, Jack told Mr. Furley that he was going to live with Vicki. Mr. Furley seemed very surprised. It was sort of implied that Jack was telling him he wasn't gay. I could be reading that scene wrong....

RF still thought Jack had been gay for the years he was landlord but that he 'cured' him by 1984.
