There's a place in the TV landscape — or there should be — for the kind of easy-to-watch shows you pick when you're tired or distracted.

As I get older, I tend to more and more pick easy-to-watch shows. But I think what we find easy will vary amongst viewers.

Oddly, I find many reality shows fit the "easy to watch" category. Shows like Pawn Stars, Impractical Jokers, and many food network/competition shows fit the bill nicely.

I sometimes like to have Ice Road Truckers on in the background.
