They havent shown it in a while, so most likely NO.

It looks like they do because TV Land is airing an episode of "Rhoda" this weekend as part of their John Ritter tribute.

As far as I know TV Land currently does not own the rights to Rhoda, they've just acquired one episode of the series that John Ritter had guest starred in, so they could air is as part of their tribute marathon.

However, I believe the Canadian TV Land owns the rights to Rhoda, because they air the series on a regular basis.
