Do you mean from season 1? I dont think they are the same character. They are only played by the same actor. I always thought that was interesting and would people forget Rose went on a cruise with the same guy.

Yes, they are two different characters played by the same actor. Arnie Peterson was in Season 1 and in Season 5 we meet Miles Webber.

The bigger issue I had was when Miles became Samuel Plankmaker in S6… after Miles becomes Nicholas Carbone.

Then, he’s back to Miles.

I think he was in witness protection and his real name is Nicholas Carbone. He was relocated earlier in an Amish community and he was called Samuel Plankmaker then. That whole story was silly.

Yes the wheels were coming off with really silly scripts. The cheeseman was after Miles. Just as ridiculous as when Dorothy had to spend the night in the bug infested building.
