ok this has been bugging the crap outta me!! On the show, how old was Fonzie?? They NEVER mentioned it, although I'm sure they've dropped hints here and there. But some jerk on a website said he was an poor 30 year old guy trying to make himself look cool by hanging out with highschoolers and dating jailbait girls...:mad:

But I do remember 1 episode where {a very YOUNG} Tom Hanks made an appearance as an old school mate of Fonzie's who wanted revenge on him because he puhed him off the swings in the 4th grade or something....anyway he said he had been waiting 17 years, and Fonz also said he was 8 years old at the time....so 8 + 17= 25 am I right?? But see that was when he was dating Ashley so the show had been on about 7 or 8 years already!!! So that means Fonz was only like 18 or19 when it started and yet he was a high-school dropout....???

Ok did I just answer my own question or what??!!:lol: Maybe I'm reading too much into the whole thing, it was just bugging me that that guy would say somethin like that!!!:mad:

Oh and just for the record {to that guy!} I would GLADLY be Fonzie's Jailbait girl ANYTIME!!:D:grineyes: :kiss: :loveya:

On today's episode on TVLand (Hollywood part 1) Fonzie was talking to the talet scout and said "I've been growing this DA for 20 years." This would have - I assume - put him at 20 years old at the beginning of season 4 (or was that season 5...I'll have to check). But of course, the show sometimes lacked continuity so you never know.

Fonzie indeed was about 19 years old when the show started-- 2 years older then Richie and Potsie, who were both 17.

cool, but he always seemed to ACT much older than they did....but of course I guess he just had to grow up faster with his life and all right?? POOR FONZIE!!:(
