Can you think of any lost sitcom scenes that were broadcast only once? I'm talking about scenes that were never shown again in syndication, not included on any DVD releases, and not shown on any streaming services. Some people recorded the original airings, so they aren't completely lost. Some of these scenes can be viewed on YouTube.

ALF - "Try to Remember" (Season 1, Episodes 16-17)

Per Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ALF_(TV_series)):

For the hour-long season 1 episode, "Try to Remember," originally broadcast on February 9, 1987, ALF tries to simulate a jacuzzi by bringing Kate's electric mixer into the bathtub, thus receiving an electrical shock that caused amnesia. Fusco ended the original episode with a public service announcement from ALF himself, warning of the dangers of mixing water and electricity. Despite this, NBC reported that a child attempted to recreate the scenario and nearly electrocuted himself in the process (Fusco confirmed that the child was unharmed); Fusco was forced to refilm the opening sequence, replacing the electric mixer with a manual egg beater. ALF's amnesia is instead caused by a cranial concussion received after slipping in the shower (a "thud" is heard rather than a "zap"), with all mentions of being shocked either overdubbed with new dialogue or deleted entirely (including ALF's public service announcement). This edited version was used for a Fall 1988 rebroadcast, as well as all future U.S. and Canadian syndicated airings.

The Golden Girls - "Like the Beep Beep Beep of the Tom-Tom" (Season 5, Episode 17)

From the video description: When Buena Vista Home Entertainment released Season 5 on DVD, 30 seconds were missing from the episode "Like the Beep Beep Beep of the Tom Tom," creating a plot hole that was not present on the original broadcast.

According to online sources: After Sophia says "I stole the money and jewelry from her dresser," there is a scene where Dorothy tells Sophia they have to give away the microwave because of Blanche's pacemaker. The DVD version picks up where Blanche storms into the room saying "Where's my money, old woman?" Then after Blanche walks out, Sophia says "for this I'm giving up Cheez Whiz nachos?" That part is also cut from the DVD." This comparison was made against an original network airing of that episode.

Sketchy details, but the original airing of a Fox "Back to You" episode around 2007 had what could be considered a Polish joke in the opening scene. The joke was censored for any subsequent airing and was also censored on the DVD set.

I do have the original airing, but I don't know if it's on Youtube. I can come up with more details, if needed.

Also, TVFactFan’s beloved missing Three’s Company tag scene to the ‘Ralph’s Rival’ episode

It aired in Italy, so it's not completely lost. We still need the English version from the original ABC airing.

The Drew Carey Show had an episode with guest star Dan Castellaneta that had around 6 minutes of scenes which only aired once on March 19, 1997.

Dan Castellaneta as Sal, the King of Poland in "Two Drews and the Queen of Poland Walk into A Bar" (all of his scenes were cut from reruns after complaints from the Polish community) (Season 2, Episode 20)

Bewitched had a Christmas episode where Tabitha wanted her black friend to be her sister. The idea came from school kids in L.A.

The opening ran on the first run of that episode. Not sure if it has been aired since.

It's a good behind the scenes video on the making of the episode.

The Elizabeth Montgomery intro sponsored by Oscar Mayer is in full screen in this video.
