Starting on March 27, 1979 the show would air at 10:30pm after the Ropers and fell to #19 tied with WKRP in Cincinnati.

After the April 3, 1979 airing the show continued to fall and fell to #29

After the April 10, 1979 airing the show fell again to #45 right above Mary Tyler Moore Hour at #46

It was announced by ABC in May of 1979 that the show was only contracted for a short run and would not be on the fall scheduled even though it finished in top 30
