On the TVLand sucks thread in General Sitcoms, last night the last post said it was from stevea but I never saw it. Now the last post says it is from Dude but that isn't visible either once you go into the thread.

The posts are there. I'm not sure why it took so many posts for it to create a new page.

Yeah, I tried to get it to work with two posts but TJ had the magic touch.

TMC's response from last night on the 50 Greatest Mistakes in American TV history shows up on the thread title in General Sitcoms. But when you view the thread last response is from Yong Fang several months ago.

Ya the database isnt updating right,im not sure why.......

It happened twice yesterday in two different threads. I had to post twice to get TMC's post to display.

I have no idea what causes it. It only seems to happen at the start of a new page.

I changed the cached posts lifespan to 31 days.

Cached Posts Lifespan
Number of days to maintain a cached copy of a post. This makes threads faster to display, but means that each post takes approximately twice the storage space.

My posts vanish, but it doesn't happen often.

I've noticed that sometimes my post count increases and I haven't posted anything. I wonder if this is because threads that I've posted in are occasionally merged and the merging affects the post count. Just guessing.

When I add new boards, sometimes I will copy relevant threads to the new section.

TJ I like what you did with the short lived/one season sitcoms through the decades, putting them in separate forums aside from the main forums, this was a good idea.

Thanks. It made sense to highlight and put the more active boards and popular sitcoms at the top. I definitely wanted to keep the one season wonders, so I put them in their own section at the bottom of the decades sections. There's probably a few others I will add.

Now you are up to 119,997. I copied some threads to new Reality TV Shows and Game Shows sub-forums. Some threads are now in multiple sections.
