I found CHiPs available for on demand streaming on the PLEX app. It's free, but has commercial breaks every 7-8 minutes.

I had trouble catching CHiPs on the Charge channel so this may be a better option for some fans.

Yeah I just started streaming it on PLEX and the image is a lot better looking than on CHARGE or MeTV but it's still cropped at 16.9 to fit modern HDTV's.

It's also incomplete as I erroneously suggested that it's a full package on PLEX. It's only seasons 1-4.

I still enjoy watching it though.
