Jonathan Taylor Thomas came out of retirement for several episodes of Last Man Standing, but his cameos led to the show's most confusing arc.

The same thing could be said about the appearances that were made by Richard Karn and Patricia Richardson. If anything, in my opinion, they weren't shown enough.
