Looking at her IMDb profile (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0031071/), Too Close for Comfort (or as it was officially known as at the time, The Ted Knight Show) was her last acting gig. There really isn't a lot of information about her online (https://www.google.com/search?q=lisa+antille&oq=Lisa+Antille&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUqCggAEAAY4wIYgAQyCggAEAAY4wIYgAQyBwgBEC4YgAQyDAgCEAAYFBiHAhiABDIHCAMQABiABDIICAQQABgWGB4yCAgFEAAYFhgeMggIBhAAGBYYHjIICAcQABgWGB4yCggIEAAYhgMYigUyCggJEAAYhgMYigXSAQw5Mjg4NjMxajBqMTWoAgCwAgA&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8#ip=1). She obviously doesn't have a Wikipedia page, which I would consider a litmus test for how "notable" you are as an actor.

I thought she may have had a bit part in an 80's teen horror flick at some point but it's pretty obvious she didn't do much at all after the "Ted Knight Show" went off the air.
I honestly think they brought her on as a cast member because she was on a Season 5 episode as a different character, brought a bit of diversity, had some chemistry with Monroe(or as much as a woman could have with Monroe, LOL) and probably didn't cost much. The show didn't have a big budget once it was cut loose from ABC which is the reason Audrey Meadows only made sporadic visits 1-2 times a year after Season 3. Bringing on a veteran actress such as Pat Carroll likely ate up a big chunk of the money they saved after Lydia/Deborah departed.

She's actually an acting coach (not sure if she still is) but she was around 7-8 years ago. A very strict, no-nonsense but good acting teacher in the LA area. She also worked as a producer for some tv shows, so she was still in the industry after her role, just not in front of the camera anymore. She goes by a different name now but I don't want to say too much because she probably doesn't want to be found. Seems like a very private person now.
