She's telling one side, and as legitimate as that may be, we don't have a complete picture. My understanding of the process, someone in her position would receive a sliding percentage of their original salary until the 13th rerun cycle, after that it is 5% in perpetuity. The producers and distributers will get theirs, that the way business works, that may mean filming more shows offshore to get around SAG rules, fewer shows will be produced etc. Of course the consumer will be forced to pay more for streaming and cable packages.
