Zak, Lisa, and Screeches Fathers all work for the same company in Indiana. All of the sudden the company CEO all announces the company is relocating to Los Angeles California and they all go with the family and kids.

Mr. Belding is also called by the superintendent of schools in LA and is offered a job to principal at Bayside.

It could have worked. One episode could have been about Nikki and Mikey visiting from Indiana and are taken around to the Max, the Mall act.

Slater, Kelly, and Jessie become jealous of the time that Lisa, Screech and Zak are spending with their Indiana friends.

The Morel of the episode could be that its ok to have different friends and it does not that you forget about the others.

In the end Mikey, Nicki and Zak, Kelly and Lisa, Jessie and Screech all have a party at the max to wish Nicki and Mikey a safe trip home.

I like to think Mr. Belding got a job at a new school in California, and Zack just happens to move there too, while Screech and Lisa are good enough friends to move with Zack. Mikey and Nikki, however, decided to stay behind.
