Kim Wexler: Originally conceived of as a supporting character for Jimmy McGill in Better Call Saul, she quickly became a fan favorite. So, who is Kim Wexler, and what makes her so intriguing? She starts off as the show’s apparent “goodie two shoes” who “pulled herself up by her own bootstraps.” But in season 2, we start to see a different side to her. Still, it feels insufficient to say that it’s another side, or her dark side. By choosing not to flatten her character into light and dark, we can reveal not only more about her, but about her environment, which is also ours – and therefore why we resonate with her so much.
