No one here is not too Young NOT to help their eyes ... I'm learning more and more now since at 85, I've been Hit with Blurry vision in one of my eyes....so now I'm working hard to make my eye health better and better. I've been doing a lot and made it to about 85 with pretty good vision, with Help from good quality eye supports.
