I loved The Malibu Sands episodes of SBTB. CAN you answer me this though: When were they supposed to take place? The summer between 11TH and 12TH grade? I love this show.. long live SBTB on TBS weekday mornings. I'm new to this board, but I've been watching SBTB forever.

The Malibu Sands occured during the summer between their 11th, and Senior grade year. You were correct!

BTW, although SBTB makes it seem as they were in Malibu, California, they weren't. The Malibu Sands episodes were filmed in Catalina Island, CA.

Catalina is an island 20 miles off the Long Beach coast in California. It's a very beautiful place I've been there!

ON ANOTHER EPISODE (ACTUALLY IT WAS TWO EPISODES), THE GANG WENT TO JESSIE'S FATHER'S HOTEL FOR HIS WEDDING TO SOME YOUNG HEALTH CLUB MANAGER THAT JESSIE DIDN'T LIKE. DID THAT REALLY TAKE PLACE AT THE HOTEL THEY SAID (I THINK IT WAS PALM SPRINGS)? IT SURE LOOKED LIKE A REAL HOTEL.

Yes, "Palm Srings Weekend" was shot in location.

The hotel was in Palm Springs. It was the Marriott Hotel. :)
