DVD: On the Season 6 box set (including the blu Ray), it is attached to episodes #154-161 as well as the bonus features like flubs, guest cast information, special footage, original openings, production notes, the My Favorite Husband radio episode entitled “Anniversary”, highlights from the 1956 Bob Hope Special called “The Chevy Show” where they do an I Love Lucy skit where the cast do their regular roles except Bob Hope plays Ricky, Desi Arnaz plays Fred (with them insinuating that both Fred & Ricky are from Cuba) & Bill Frawley as the owner of a dolphin, and a mini bio of Keith Thibodeaux (his stage name back then was Richard Keith.) The blu Ray lacks the last two features.
