If there are vehicles close to me, yes I will signal. I think it might help them not to run into me. But if there are no cars close behind me, I don't bother.

I do it by habit. All the time. You're right right, a lot of people don't. If you're turning at a four way stop, you better. It could definitely cause an accident if you don't, there.

I noticed coming home that finally I am a safe driver. I do the speed limit (even on the city highway where everyone else is flying past me), use turn signals, wear a seatbelt (why not, it’s there) and actually have insurance. Even my father when in our last visit was very critical of me (bad visit) praised me on my driving.

Around here nobody does the speed limit on the interstates, particularly on our loop interstate, 465. The limit there is 55, and most go 70 or more.

Not me, lol every time on my way to work, I always see someone who doesn't signal, and I live like 5 mins from my work.
