Then, she reenacts the Season 1 scene while in the hospital lobby. Shawn also recites his Season 1 line, "Use a mirror, babe," verbatim.

Shawn receives a letter from Virna, who had not been referenced since Season 4, when she last appeared. Virna explains to Shawn that she's not his birth mother and that she moved to Honduras.
