The other day one of the UM social media pages posted that several of the UM movies produced (assuming for Lifetime) had been posted by Film Rise on their YT channel.

There are a ton of movies on there but I did find 4 or so -- Shannon Mohr, Teresa Stamper and one that seemed loosely based on Teresita Basa.

I watched Victim of Love: The Shannon Mohr Story (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTUzTNhUtjA) - probably more commonly known on UM as the Dave Davis or Thumbs segment.

It was Lifetime and 1993 but...I gotta say I enjoyed it and thought it was really well done. It was actually directed by John Cosgrove and it had the look feel appearance of an elongated UM segment. There were several talking head bits from the actors that helped move the story along just like you'd see on the TV show.

I wish they would have done more -- they had a ton of cases that would have translated well into something more long format like this.

I posted this news in a thread (https://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/showthread.php?t=333219&page=2) a few months ago. The movies were actually produced for and aired on NBC. Lifetime later aired them a number of times over the years. I agree that they should have made more of them.

Escape from Terror: The Teresa Stamper Story (1/23/95) (Teresa and Paul Stamper)

There's a related thread which lists a few more.

The movie Frequent Flyer is based on the John Lutter segment (the bigamist pilot)
