A while back I made a list of unpopular foods, drinks, etc... that I love that most people don't seem to ~I wanted to add cranberry sauce to that list, I love that too~ , so here is the opposite a few popular things that people seem obsessed with, that I don't care for:
Dill Pickles! Americans seem to be dill pickled CRAZY! lol Every time I go on social media I'm always seeing the latest pickle trend...dill pickle pizza, ice cream, chewing gum, popcorn, mints, peanut butter and dill pickle sandwich... EEEK!
Garlic! It seems everyone wants everything loaded down with garlic, and for me it over powers the meal. I so much prefer Domino's original pizza crust before they started putting the garlic glaze on it, I always ask for original crust.
Mountain Dew! Seems to be the most popular drink in the country, as I said I'm a Mello Yello person, but everyone seems crazy about Mountain Dew...to the point someone told me the other day that preferring Mello Yello over Mountain Dew was like preferring Monopoly money to REAL money, and I don't get the craze.... it tastes flat and too sweet to me, whereas Mello Yello as a pungent, sharp, citrus BLAST taste countered by just the right amount of sweetness and as Jim Varney used to say, "just a splash of juice" lol Mountain Dew just taste like lemony sugar water to me basically lol
