Are you dying to write but feel that you are fresh-out of ideas?! Well, I'm your girl! I have a M*A*S*H idea that I have been just dying to see made into a story, but I do not have the time, more importantly, the gift of paitence, most importantly, the gift of writing to write it! As a fan of M*A*S*H, and as a wannabe writer, i have always wanted to do a spec script of the show just for fun..

I am unfamiliar with fanfiction...are you looking to do a synopsis of a few pages, or a TV script based on your idea?

Let me know your ideas, I'll bat some thoughts around with you...

Here's the plot:
BJ (my fav. character) is depressed because he misses his daughter, Erin. That day at the M*A*S*H, someone finds Korean-looking teenage girl hiding. They try to find out where she came from, but she refuses to talk. BJ is strangely attached to her and spends all of his time with her. Finally, one day, she talks- in fluent English! It turns out that she is half American and half Korean. It is your job to fill in the rest, but add this one thing: For some reason (you make one) she has to stay at the M*A*S*H awhile and everyone (even grumpy Charles) gets attached to her, but nobody more than B.J. She loves him, too; he even considers adopting her...The rest is the CHALLENGE! It's up to you! :)

I know this posting is a few months after the fact...but I have just joined this site...

However the "story" you are interested in being written...sounds an awful lot like Season 2's..."Kim"

This story revolves around "Trapper"...falling for a supposedly orphaned Korean boy...who everyone takes a shine to and they keep him around the camp telling him stories etc...

He finally decides he wants to adopt the child...and his wife agrees...but of course in the end the Mother is found...

There is a funny "landmine incident"...in this one though...
