My favorite crossover episodes are from Paul Henning's 3 sitcom classics of the 1960s: "The Beverly Hillbillies", "Petticoat Junction", and "Green Acres". When characters of one show would visit another, those episodes were funnier and seemed to be more special. My favorite one was "The Thanksgiving Spirit" from "The Beverly Hillbillies" when the Clampetts arrived in Hooterville to spend Thanksgiving with their friends. It was the only time that the casts of all 3 series got together and it was reflected in the last scene when everyone sat down for dinner.

The various Wing and Cheers crossovees are okay, because the crossover's don't interruput the plot too much. Otherwise, I'm not a big fan of show crossovers or secret tv pilots.

Neat crossover on today's episode of The Jetsons, where one of Elroy's classmates is watching the billionith rerun of The Flintstones on his smart watch.

Wilhemina W. Witchiepoo played by Billie Hayes was the antic antagonist of Living Island and its inhabitants in Sid & Marty Krofft's H.R. Pufnstuf.

Hoodoo the Great was a mad magician played by Charles Nelson Reilly who served the same function on Lidsville. Witchiepoo crossed over to guest star and the two shared a brief affair.
