It’s Sydney’s door in the sitcom Sydney. The whole setup looks awfully familiar to me, but I can’t place it.

I think the common connection to the shows offered as answers to my question is LA/California. They all seem to be set there (as was Sydney). Since I’ve never seen Two and A Half Men or Melrose Place, and Laverne and Shirley just mostly in the Milwaukee years, I’m pretty sure the show I was trying to pull out of my head was Threes Company, since at some point I’ve seen all of those.

The three's company picture looks nicer I believe becaue it was originally analogue.....
