Lucy ..similar type show/radio's My Favorite Husband.Desiliu shows...Dec Bride..spinoff..Pete & Gladys..& many other Ball ..shows....loved Our Miss Brooks....some were....non comedy...shows....Mannix....Untouchables....Mission Impossible...Star Trek etc ?

Interesting that Have Gun, Will Travel actually started as a TV show, and was so popular they made a radio version.

Jack Benny Program and The Burns and Allen Show started on Radio.
I'm actually listening to old radio show. Just completed Burns and Allen, some 200 episodes. Interesting hearing how corny some of their stuff was especially the bits with their friend from Texas. He was a super rich oil man. His family was always stumbling on new oil wells and nothing ever beat Texas. It was always superior to everything else.
There was also an ongoing story of Gracie running for president. And a home safety campaign called " Don't be a Gracie"
I've just started The Jack Benny Program. That's going to take a long time since his radio show ran from 1932 - 1957. The early episodes has Mary Livingston sounding like Gracie Allen, scatter brained.
On a side note. I just watched an episode of The Jack Benny Program call "I am the Fiddler" about his days in radio. Well the State Farm commercial that Don Wilson did was actually shown. Normally those things are cut out.
