Has anyone seen commercials for The North Shore? It's also on Fox - starts this summer. Looks like The O.C. but in Hawaii. That means even more skin. BTW,I just read that the new Beastie Boys single is gonan premiere on next week's O.C.!!!

I'm not sayin it's gonna be as good. But almost as good would be good. I'd settle for that. Haven't heard of that other show. Doesn't seem to have as much potential as...Hawaii!!!

That reminds me of that movie they just had out not too long ago. "Rasing Helen" Did anyone see that movie?

I highly doubt any show will do as good as The OC. It was first show out and now everyone is just coping to get their network ratings up.

If you think that North Shore and Summerland are just like The O.C. Then take a look at 90210,Malibu Shores all before The O.C. and same storylines almost....

IMHO none of them are alike.....The O.C Rocks and North Shore is a good show as well as Summerland........I enjoy all 3 better then these stupid lame Reality Shows.......But Summerland I do agree is like "Raising Helen......

Both fashion Designers both cool fun aunts.......Parents die in accident involving a car.....3 kids all around the same ages......Wild teenage girl in the movie wild teenage boy in the show...two younger kids not understanding the parents are gone......

Lori's line was im suppose to be the cool fun aunt and Kate Hudson said the same exact line.......I do enjoy the show though...The movie was good too.....Mel :) :D
