I chose Swiss. :D Swiss has a lot of good chocolate like Lindt Chocolate. :D I can't believe you didn't put Belgian and Dutch chocolates as a choice. : confused: Belgian and Dutch chocolates are basically just as well known as Swiss chocolate. :confused:

Scharffen Berger chocolate is the best I've ever tasted. It's made in America.

I don't know the country of origin, but love dark chocolate from Dove. Very smooth taste and eat it with cup of hot tea.

As oppose to regular Chocolate which contain milk fats, Dark Chocolate is made with no milk fats with more Cocoa butter and solids added for stronger chocolate flavor. Pure Cocoa solids are very bitter, so depending on your taste palette, you can buy Dark chocolate with low to higher amount of sugar percentage added.

Thanks for that info and must say they are doing a good job making Dove Dark Chocolate. They taste so much smoother than some of more expensive Dark Chocolate brands I have tried as some of them taste too "chalky" to me.
