The news that Mayberry RFD will be complete on DVD has sent me into an Arlene
Golonka orbit. So excited!

Let's have a look at Arlene as Mille in her uniform from Boysinger's Bakery. Very cute...!

Seeing Arlene in her consistent costume(s), we can better focus our attention
on her quite pretty face and various hairstyles.

Although these aren't the best quality images, I'll start with looks at
Arlene with her hair pulled back, as two of them show more of the

a wooden stick going through. I love that! (It's from the same episode

Arlene is wearing a remarkably pretty style in the final 3 images
in this group, with her tresses swept off of her forehead and
partially pulled back. Such nice length and soft, natural curls.

photos of Arlene Golonka's career. Here is the fantastic cover of
a 1969 L.A. Times TV magazine. Arlene looks absolutely gorgeous,
with her short tresses styled attractively:

Let's see how Millie looked in her earlier yellow uniforms. First introduced
on TAGS and accompanied by her short hairstyles, this cute uniform has a
somewhat country appearance, with the trim at the sleeves, the nice apron,
and the back of the collar all in a matching "check" pattern:
