HI I am new here! Murray had such a crush on Mary what do you think would of happened if they would of hooked up?

Yeah he had a nice little crush on her, but he was also happily married, and I don't think he would have acted out on his crush. Mary handled it well in the episode where he tells her that he loves her, he gives him a kind of buddy-buddy hug and says, " and I love you too" and walks out of the newsroom. If she had any relationship with a co-worker I think it would have been with Mr. Grant, but they explored that too and both realized it wouldn't work.

I have to agree w/ this entire post! Murray had a crush on Mary, of course, but he was also married and he wouldn't act on that crush. He knew Mary would never have an affair w/ a married man.

The scene where he tells her how he feels is a classic! I love the way Mary says, "And I love you too!" LOL

Didn't she then come back in and say, "That's not what you meant, was it?"

Or is that just my imagination? It's been forever ago that I've seen this one. But little pieces still stick in my mind, but not much. Like also when Murray is talking to Mr. Grant at the bar doesn't Mr. Grant say something like, "I don't wanna know."?

And I know Mary finds out from him, if I'm not mistaken before Murray gets the chance.

If Murray hadn't been married, I think he and Mary would've definitely gotten t ogether.
