Oh, What better way to cheer up someone's day than by sending flowers especially ones by FTD Florists. In 1991 FTD Florists debuted a animated commercial and while it plays an FTD Florists jingle is heard and is really cute. I don't know which animation company did the animation for this commercial but it is so wonderful. It also appears to be a Mother's Day commercial because Mother's Day is mentioned at the end of the commercial
