They had a booth at the NJ Chiller convention and I talked to some of the guys who run it.
They told me that they recreated as much as possible from the film and have some memorabilia on display throughout the house. I asked about the well since it was not part of the actual house and they used a soundstage for the film. They told me that they got Tom Savini to build the well in the basement.
