I wanna say…. no?……but that’s as far as my memory takes me. Hopefully someone else can definitively confirm.

Assuming just two kids played each part, it seems the finale is the only time, at least according to IMDB's "Collaborations" tool.

Thank you - that's interesting. Pamelyn Ferdin wasn't Edna in "Bunny Is Missing," so Felix's kids didn't appear at all in the first season. Felix tried to be a Big Brother to Clint Howard, and then there was the kid Phillip next door.
