This is the episode where Julie was threatened by the brother of a man she had just convicted for murder, and she was suddenly being stalked and the man was her first obvious suspect. IMO, this was very well done. I was concerned the writers were going to have this creep to rape her, but thankfully they didn't go past the physical assault, which was bad enough.

I bring this up because I would have liked to see a follow up episode where we get to see how Julie copes with the trauma she did go through, and maybe have Ben co-prosecute the case. IDK, I guess I needed a bit more closure as episodes like this tend to have a lesson behind it. It would have also been just an interesting episode besides. To watch Ben bury this jerk for going after his woman, and for putting his hands on her.
