So it was no surprise that Kris Kross would also become commercial stars by starring in their first commercial which was for Sprite which aired in 1992. The commercial features Kris Kross rapping about Sprite while dancing and drinking Sprite. By the time the commercial aired Kris Kross was a huge name in rap music in the 90's so in between albums a Sprite commercial seemed to be the perfect ticket to stardom for Kris Kross
