Hello Guys!! I just need your help with something..this has nothing to do with facts of life but i need your help with my religion class that i teach...we are going to be covering the suubject of abortion and I want to take a poll on the sitcomsonline.com/fol message board...are you pro-life---or pro-choice...and why??...I will really appreciate it if you guys would answer this because i would like to get into a deep discussion with my class when school starts next week...Please do not delete this I need your help!! thank you all..please all try and answer i would appreciate it!..You guys are the best

I think it's wrong it somene has sex on their coice because they know their is a chance that they could get pregnat but if they get raped it's not as bad but I think it's much better if you have the baby and if you can't take care of it then put it up for adopition.

Hey (well I think it's wrong and consider it murder...but..) just wanted to tell you, you might have a bigger response if you posted this on the "Chit Chat" bored. Some other members post there and a few of them have some great views/points on it.

I think I'm more Pro- Life than Pro Choice. There are circumstances that could make it go pro choice though.

If its a serious enough reason to abort a baby then I think it would be an okay choice. You shouldn't abort a baby for stupid reasons like "I don't want to get fat" or "I don't want to get stretch marks" something like that. If the baby is endangering your life (and it would literally kill you and the baby in order to have the baby) than that would be the only reason that I could see to abort a baby.

Some people may think that rape might also be a good reason to abort a baby. It really determines how you look at it. If I got raped and I got pregnant, it would probably hurt to look at the baby everyday of my life and have the constant memories of the rape. If something like that happens, I think you should just put the baby up for adoption. If you can't care for the baby, then maybe someone else in this world can.

i think its completely and totally wrong to have an abortion. no matter how small the bbaby is inside of you its still a living thing and its murder.

Im Pro-Life simply because its murder- life begins at conception.

Heres something interesting:
An unborn child is able to have inheritance if the father dies before his or her birth. In other words, we give a fetus property rights but not simple human rights to live.

Love Mark I've retired from expressing my views on this subject as far as the chit chat board goes. But we went around on this once and if you can find that discussion, print it out, take it to your class, pass it around and let the games begin. :wink2:

Well, here's my theory. First of all, anyone who wants an abortion, they obviously accidentally go pregnant. So, I think that they should make abortions illegal. Because, it's the peeps' fault that they had sex, they should pay for it, while creating new life.

I believe in Pro-Choice. There are already too many people in the world who have kids and can't even take care of them.

I strongly believe in Pro life!! I think it is wrong to kill an inocent baby. Poeple claim that the baby isn't even living yet, so it doesn't matter. The baby is living it just isn't fully operating yet! If someone is raped, I still think thye should have the child and then put it up for adoption. My teacher last year thta he knew someone who got pregnant and had an abortion not becasue she couldn't take care of the kid but becasue she didn't wnat to get stretch marks!! HOW REDICULIOUS!!! Also, I am a Christian and it goes against my beliefs. That's my 2 cents worth!
