I'd put Adam-12 up much closer to number 1.

I agree that Adam-12 ought to be closer to #1.

I would move Columbo towards # 10. He really didn't do anything by the book. I thought he just got lucky that his villian agreed to be so talkative and cooperative. In one episode, a woman who killed her brother, would have killed Columbo- no talking about being a classy lady would have prevented her from shooting him.

And while ChiPs was good, the show lost focus patrolling highways and began stints like security at air shows. Really? Sad but true!
