I was looking at Youtube and saw a lot of videos reporting that Jamie Foxx had a medical scare yesterday and he was in the hospital Tuesday and now they say he's doing well and recovering nicely. What medical scare did Jamie Foxx have? Because Youtube didn't mention what kind of medical scare he had. Did Jamie have a heart attack or a leg injury or did he have his appendix out?

It hasn't been revealed to the public on what exactly happened. He's still undergoing tests at a hospital in Georgia.

In my eyes I believe what had happened to Jamie Foxx is a hoax because if he was really in the hospital the news and entertainment industry would've made big headlines on it in magazines. What I really think happened is that Jamie has some mega fan who desperately wants to hurt him and bully him and so the only thing they could do to protect him from this crazy fan is put Jamie Foxx in hiding so they put him in the hospital with a "really bad illness" so he could scare his fans. Because Jamie Foxx is a great actor and I really hope that they can tell people what really happened to him because I truly think he is alright with no health problems. Because when you're famous you always have to look out for fans especially fans who become obsessed with you

He likely had a stroke. He's brought in a top neurologist. Feel for him. Nobody spends 3 weeks in the hospital unless it is bad.

I don’t know him or his habits. Just looking him up he is 55 years old, less than a year younger than myself. I say I don’t know him because again, I don’t know him or his habits. He is not overweight at all and seems physically fit. Does he use drugs especially cocaine? I am not a doctor but it seems that stroke victims happen to people who are very careless of their own health. I am 56, overweight, smoke and about once a week drink to excess. My elderly father has told me that he fears I will be a stroke victim. I am returning from China to see him next week and will get off the cigarettes and booze living in his home (because he doesn’t allow it).

Strokes can happen to anyone. Many people have high blood pressure and don't realize it. Other times a blood clot forms for no reason.

Wow, yeah ! I had high blood pressure started in my mid 40's, would never have known except from a random Dr. appointment for something other that BP. I was / as the Dr.was surprised how high it was ! Got me on medication , thank God ! ;)

Today they reported that Jamie Foxx is "no longer in danger" and is on the road to recovery and will have to keep stress down and is still undergoing tests in Georgia to make sure everything's okay but it is unclear when Jamie will return to work on his film after being released from the hospital. I am glad of the good news because I couldn't imagine something terrible happening to Jamie Foxx. I started liking him in Disney's Soul when he played Joe Gardner and he was terrific as Joe Gardner's voice. I wish Jamie the best of luck

“Sad to see how the media runs wild,” Corinne Foxx wrote in an Instagram story on Friday. “My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support! We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!”

Jamie Foxx is now out of the hospital and has been for weeks? I don't recall hearing about this because two days ago Youtube had a video mentioning that Jamie had "taken a turn for the worse" and was in the ICU. When did Jamie Foxx get discharged from the hospital? I also learned what type of medical emergency he had and according to the recent Youtube video I saw Jamie had a brain bleed and they say those are very rare in people and Jamie Foxx is very lucky because the video says that some people don't survive brain bleeds and Jamie is a survivor. I have kept up with this story because I have admired Jamie Foxx since Disney/Pixar's Soul came out and was surprised that this happened to him. I hope he can recover swiftly now

How has Jamie Foxx been lately? Because I haven't heard any more updates on him? I still think Jamie Foxx's health scare was indeed a hoax because when I had seen those Youtube videos it reminded me of the movie Talledega Nights The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby with the scene when Ricky Bobby is in the hospital with a "serious illness" but then they tell Ricky Bobby he doesn't have an illness after all. The most recent news I read about Jamie Foxx was he is now blind and I don't think he is. What I mainly think Jamie did this was so he could get more attention and excuses not to work on his film. And I think Jamie wants to focus more on his singing career and do movies as a second hobby because he really has done some good albums
