I started watching Taxi on Paramount+ and to me, Louie DePalma, though cruel and abusive to the cabbies and Latka always cracked me up. But who was Louie the most abusive to? I would cast my vote for Elaine since he spied on her while she was in the rest room and it got him in trouble.

I think the peephole thing is more an answer to "What's the worst thing Louie did?" I think he was most abusive to Bobby - seemed to rip into him as a matter of principle.
