Yes, I think that this version of The Fonz looks more like singer Bobby Rydell or actor Mark Lenard, best known as Sarek on the original “Star Trek.”

By the way, it’s really rotten that there was never a Warren “Potsie” Weber doll from “Happy Days.”

I know very little about these types of figures, I have relatively few aside from some vintage Lone Ranger & Tonto and Planet of the Apes ones. So I'll wait for others' comments on origins of the following:

Thanks for posting this incredible likeness of Anson Williams, the Sal Mineo of the 1970s.

PS All I need now is to get a dvd of all the delightful reverse mortgage tv commercials that Henry “The Fonz” Winkler used to do a number of years ago.
