I know that when this show was in syndication in the 80s on local stations, it was called We Love Lucy. (Not to be confused with the Reelz Specials which also had We Love Lucy in their name but each one had a secondary title.)

When the shows were first introduced in reruns in the 80s, was there a separate threee hour special? This video here has Betty White hosting where they mention that what we are watching is a three episode TV special.
