In Hollywood where there were good actors and actresses who went on to be famous in their signature roles in movies but if you look at Hollywood today you'll see that good child actors are hard to find in movies today and I can't figure out why it's hard to find a terrific child actor or actress in Hollywood today? Is it because Hollywood sees these child actors as one-hit wonders because of their age or is it because there's not many roles fit for child stars in movies? Take for instance you had Shirley Temple and when she became a star she was considered one of the world's brightest stars in history and paved the way for other child actors and actresses to become huge in Hollywood. In 1990 when Macaulay Calkin shot to stardom in Home Alone he became very popular and so did his brother Kieran and went on to star in The Good Son and Home Alone 2 and he was one of Hollywood's popular child actors. Then in 1999 we were introduced to Jake Lloyd in Star Wars The Phantom Menace and because of his role of Anakin Skywalker Jake became huge and went on to star in Jingle All The Way and now you don't hear much about Jake Lloyd anymore. Lindsay Lohan also was a upcoming child star in Hollywood after being a commercial actress who got her big break in Disney's remake of The Parent Trap and went on to be a success. But we need to see more child stars in Hollywood become popular like Jacob Tremblay who starred in Room and Disney's Luca but finding a great child actor in movies is a tricky thing to do
