This morning I got to see the new Catchy Comedy channel for the very first time and I think Catchy Comedy does show some promise and will be competition with METV and Cozi and Laff. Catchy Comedy reminds me of Laff and does carry many of the classic sitcoms like Laverne And Shirley and The Love Boat but I think it will regain some of the old Decades watchers because I think this is the type of channel they imagined Decades to be and this is what Catchy Comedy's vision will be

I liked the old Decades channel, but am happy with the addition of Rhoda, Laverne & Shirley and Sanford & Son now as " Catchy Comedy " ! :)

However , even though they are still doing the Weekend binges, I will miss that they will eliminate drama shows and just show comedies exclusively! :(

I like it because now there will be more binges I will enjoy. Didn’t really care about most of the dramas.

Someone mentioned on another thread the odd placement of the Carol Burnett Show. They live on the west coast. I agree with that though and I'm on the east coast. It as well as Laugh-in and Ed Sullivan could be better placed right after the Odd Couple.

Additional, Saturday mornings (6am-9am eastern time) I would like to see the shows that Decades called "Lost TV" Like what was one before the switch to Catchy Comedy. Mack and Mike for Hire, My Little Margie, Love That Bob, plus possibly I Married Joan.

Our cable company does not carry CC.
